Isaiah Schroeder Knifeworks is a small workshop dedicated to making beautiful and functional cutlery for everyday use by Chefs and home cooks who care about quality. Working out of a well outfitted two-car garage, Isaiah crafts knives, sayas, custom handles and magnetic knife holders.

Isaiah Schroeder started the Knifeworks in 2010. With a background in making fine furniture, sculpture, jewelry and now cutlery, Isaiah considers himself a collector of skills. As a child he learned basic woodworking skills from his Grandmother and since then he has pursued new knowledge and higher levels of craftsmanship with a passion.
