LaSeur Knives is a small workshop that specializes in heirloom-quality kitchen knives, and also accepts a wide range of custom projects. 

Each knife is either crafted to be sold here based on a variety of carefully considered profiles or made-to-order according to customer specifications. 

Every step in the process, from forging and grinding, to heat-treating and sheath making is done in-house by a single artisan.
