This is a new #32 Spacer Plate. It has two large holes.

This plate is used as a spacer and supports the auger when stuffing sausage using your grinder.

You do use a knife when using this plate.

Some people also use this plate grind-up chunks of meat for stew.

Made in Mexico. Plate diameter measures 3 15/16 with a center hole of 1/2 .
